About

My name is Livia Trevino and I am a senior in the University of North Texas Mayborn School of Journalism with a major in public relations and a minor in marketing. I am from San Antonio, but I grew up in various places around the world.

Most of my PR experience stems from the past jobs I’ve had at UNT. The first was a clerk where I worked the overnight shift at the biggest freshman hall on campus. I learned a lot about crisis communication by dealing with many different situations. I am currently a Resident Assistant at an upperclassmen hall where I have gained planning and publicity skills through programming.

I can use PR in the future to further my career. I want to possibly work as an organizational PR professional or in an agency.
